2006 SOW Workshop
Purpose:
 To
encourage Christian parents to have a vision for
discipleship, rather than education.
To explain
to Christian families how to use the Bible as the main
text for subjects, K-12th.
To
demonstrate how a Christian
home can be the best environment for learning.
To teach basic principles of educating
children of multi-ages, together.
Main Speaker:

Merle Reece is the co-author and publisher of SOW
Curriculum (Student Of the Word: A Bible Centered K-12th
Curriculum .
She received
Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord in 1975 and has a
BS in Elementary and Special Education from Louisiana
State University. She was married in 1978 to David
Reece (co-author and publisher of
SOW Curriculum).
They are the parents of five
children; David Jr., Benjamin (wife, Sarah), Jonathan, Abigail, & Hannah
and grandparent to Josey.
They have been homeschooling since the birth of their first child in 1981.
